We're seeking a Mid to Senior Software Engineer with over 4 years of experience to join our high-performing team working on secure, real-time systems in the defence industry. If you're confident in C++, passionate about solving complex problems, and open to mentoring or leading a team, we'd love to hear from you.

Skills and Experience

• 
  4+ years of professional experience in software development
• 
  Strong proficiency in C++ (modern C++ experience highly regarded)
• 
  Experience working in a Defence, aerospace, or other safety-critical or secure environment
• 
  Familiarity with real-time systems, embedded software, or systems-level programming
• 
  Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• 
  Able to obtain or currently hold an Australian Government security clearance (NV1 or above)
