Software Engineer Backend / AI (m/f/d) - fluent German required

• You develop backend systems and microservices with Java, Python, or Node.js.
• You design and implement RESTful APIs.
• You integrate relational and NoSQL databases.
• You ensure the scalability, security, and performance of your services in the cloud, even with high-intensity processes.
• You ensure quality through unit and integration tests as well as code reviews.
• You integrate AI-based components such as LLMs, RAG, and AI agents into existing and new backend systems.
• You work agilely in a team, from sprint planning to retro, and support with architectural components and technical problems.

• Fluent German is required for communication with customers
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices, databases (relational and NoSQL),
• Proficient use of version control systems like Git
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud infrastructures and scalable systems
• Curiosity about AI technologies and the desire to familiarize yourself with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI agents
• Willingness to travel approx. 10–20% (usually to Berlin)
• Team player mentality and hands-on approach
