We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support our business operations. Key responsibilities include: • Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using various programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, and SQL. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software development projects. • Developing and implementing software solutions that meet the company's business requirements. • Troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software engineering. • Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Working closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of software applications with existing systems. • Providing technical guidance and support to other teams within the company. • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for software applications. • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and tools. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on developing scalable, reliable, and maintainable software applications. • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile methodologies. • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, or SQL. • Experience with version control systems like Git. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • $125,000p.a 11.5% super
