Software Engineer (Angular / TypeScript / C++) (m/w/x)

Tasks:

• Development of modern frontend applications with Angular and TypeScript for the visualization, configuration, and control of complex sensor systems - Conceptualization and implementation of high-performance user interfaces based on modern web technologies and frontend architectures - Development of backend and system-related components in C++ - Integration and connection of various sensors, cameras, radar, and video systems via existing manufacturer APIs - Development of software solutions for the unification and orchestration of heterogeneous sensor systems from different providers - Implementation of data streaming and communication solutions based on TCP/IP, UDP, REST APIs, gRPC, and WebSockets - Participation in solutions for data fusion and processing of sensor data in real-time - Analysis, optimization, and refactoring of existing software components using SOLID principles and clean code standards - Development and execution of unit tests as well as ensuring high software quality - Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams in the fields of software development, system engineering, and sensorics

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification - Several years of experience in software development with Angular and TypeScript - Good knowledge of development with C++, ideally in the area of backend-, middleware- or system-related software - Experience with Linux-based development environments - Understanding of modern web architectures and distributed software systems - Knowledge of common communication protocols and interfaces such as TCP, UDP, REST, gRPC, and WebSockets - Experience with unit testing as well as developing robust and high-quality software - Secure handling of refactoring techniques and software design principles (SOLID) - Dealer experience in areas such as sensor integration, real-time data processing, video streaming, radar, or camera systems - Outstanding analytical skills and interest in technically challenging systems
