As a Software Engineer 2 (SDET) within our Technology Development group, you will play a key role in developing software solutions that enable our genomic analysis tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software applications that meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using a variety of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, etc.) * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software development projects that meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders. * Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications. * Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely and efficient manner. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and knowledge. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's degree preferred). * 2+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a role that involves testing and debugging software applications. * Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, etc.). * Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
