Benefits

Unlimited employment contract with long-term perspective in a future-oriented environment. Flexible part-time models (min. 10–12 hours/week) with core working hours between 9 am and 5 pm (negotiable). Thirteenth month salary plus performance- and sales-dependent annual bonus. 30 days of vacation and Ash Wednesday off.

Tasks

• Documented software functions, interfaces, and processes, maintaining documentation in tools (e.g., Wiki, XML, Adobe) as well as close collaboration with developers to prepare complex content precisely
• Writing clear and concise handbooks, online help, FAQs, and installation guides
• Documented APIs, program code (method documentation), and system architecture for developers
• Recording development processes, coding guidelines, and project standards
• Updating the documentation throughout the software lifecycle
• Collaboration with internal teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the product and documentation requirements

Qualification

• Fundamental experience in documenting software systems, technical understanding, ability to explain complex matters clearly
• Familiarity with documentation systems (Wiki) and knowledge of software development
• Safe German (spoken and written)
