Software Development Team Leader

• Superior studies completed (profile studies - Informatics, Computers, Automation – represents a plus);
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Knowledge of programming languages: C#, JavaScript;
• Knowledge of database administration and programming: SQL Server (Oracle considered a plus);
• Development of web services for software integrations into multi-level systems;
• Good working skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Oriented towards results and respect for deadlines;
• Advanced level English.

• Analyze the business needs of the Company and develop software applications aligned with strategy, policies, and internal procedures;
• Ensure proper maintenance of implemented software applications;
• Coordinate projects and a software development team under your supervision;
• Contribute to the optimized management of specific database elements for insurance purposes;
• Write and update documentation on used or provided application software;
• Provide training for users and technical support for installed or developed solutions, including technical training for colleagues in the department;
• Monitor system performance, develop testing procedures, and report accordingly;
• Configure software systems to implement business flows on an IT support basis;
• Participate in the elaboration of necessary expenses and investments through proposals that consider the acquisition, implementation, and maintenance of software systems for insurance purposes;
• Presents proposals for necessary solutions;
• Analyze permanent workflow with impact on software systems and ensure necessary support through application software;
• Develop and manage integrations of applications and company systems;
• Facilitate the preparation of reports specific to insurance, in accordance with legislative requirements / of the Supervisory Commission for Insurance and other authorities, of the Company's Board of Directors, shareholders, or Executive Management;
• Participate in training sessions designated by superiors;
• Makes a constant effort to inform oneself about changes in accounting/financial/insurance legislation as well as business environment in insurance, for the implementation of good practices in software systems.
