Software Development Team Lead .NET

Location: Gdańsk Work model: Hybrid For our client from the financial industry, we are looking for an experienced Tech/Team Lead (.NET) who will be responsible for the technical direction of the team's development, as well as its daily support and competence development. This position combines responsibility for project execution with the role of a leader who cares about effective cooperation and people development. Your responsibilities Leading and developing a team of .NET developers – supporting employees, setting development direction, and building engagement. Organizing team work, setting priorities, and ensuring timely task completion. Co-creating technical solutions and supporting the team in making project decisions. Ensuring the quality of delivered software by promoting good development practices, code reviews, and CI/CD processes. Close cooperation with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and business stakeholders to deliver valuable solutions. Conducting Scrum events and monitoring work progress. Identifying risks, removing obstacles, and supporting the team in solving current challenges. Building effective cooperation with other technological and business teams. We expect Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT team lead or a person managing technological projects. Practical experience with .NET technology, enabling team support in technical matters. Experience in team management and developing employee competencies. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and effective team work planning skills. Experience in code review, CI/CD, and ensuring high code quality. Relationship building skills and effective communication with the team and stakeholders. Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level. An additional asset will be Knowledge of system architecture issues. Experience in cooperating with distributed or international teams. Ability to combine technical perspective with business needs.
