Software Development Team Lead .NET

For our client from the financial industry, we are looking for an experienced Tech/Team Lead (.NET) who will be responsible for the technical direction of the team's development, as well as its daily support and competence development. This position combines responsibility for project execution with the role of a leader who cares about effective cooperation and people's development. Your tasks: * Leading and developing a team of .NET developers – supporting employees, setting development direction, and building engagement. * Organizing team work, setting priorities, and ensuring timely task completion. * Co-creating technical solutions and supporting the team in making project decisions. * Ensuring the quality of delivered software by promoting good development practices, code reviews, and CI/CD processes. * Close cooperation with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and business stakeholders to deliver valuable solutions. * Leading Scrum events and monitoring work progress. * Identifying risks, removing obstacles, and supporting the team in solving current challenges. * Building effective cooperation with other technology and business teams. We expect: * Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT team leader or a person managing technological projects. * Practical experience with .NET technology, enabling technical support for the team. * Experience in team management and developing employee competencies. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to effectively plan team work. * Experience in code review, CI/CD, and ensuring high code quality. * Relationship building skills and effective communication with the team and stakeholders. * Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level. An additional asset will be: * Knowledge of system architecture issues. * Experience working with distributed or international teams. * Ability to combine a technical perspective with business needs.
