Software Development Lead & Solution Architect (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Technical leadership and implementation of Software-Development Projects – from idea to POC, prototype, MVP, or product
• Konzeption, Entwicklung, and Optimierung von Softwarelösungen in interdisziplinären Teams (Front-End, Back-End, Cloud, API, Datenintegration)
• Close cooperation with customers on Definition of technical requirements, architectural decisions, and prioritization of features
• Bau and guidance of an Development Team
• Sicherstellung von Codequalität, Performance, and Scalability
• Development of Prototypes and KI-based applications, e.g. intelligent agents, chatbots, or data-driven services
• Eigenverantwortliche Akquise and leadership of new projects
• Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
• Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung des INC-Technologieportfolios

Qualifikation

• Degree in Informatik, Software Engineering, Data Science, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development or technical innovation projects
• Fundamental knowledge in modern Softwarearchitekturen, Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP), APIs, Databases, and Front-/Back-End technologies
• Experience in leading or guiding international Development Teams (Nearshoring or Offshoring of advantage)
• Knowledge in developing Prototypes, MVPs, and KI applications (e.g. Chatbots, LLMs, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Azure AI Services)
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and enthusiasm for innovative technologies
• Fluent German and English skills and travel readiness
