Job description
3 years of experience building distributed, event-driven, or platform systems at scale (5 years total engineering experience). Proficiency in one or more core languages (Go, Java, Python, JavaScript) and willingness to learn. Experience delivering resilient, observable, and compliant systems where reliability is non-negotiable. Excitement for platform engineering: building systems others depend on, balancing flexibility, performance, and cost efficiency. (Bonus) Familiarity with messaging vendors such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
