Software Development Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Led a team of approximately 10 professionals (devs, QA, and DevOps), ensuring engagement and high performance.
- Encourage agile practices with a focus on metrics, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- SUPPORT the team in technical decision-making, ensuring good software development practices.
- Coordinate authentication initiatives in high-volume products, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
- Work in partnership with other areas to align priorities and direct strategic deliveries.
