Responsibilities

• Led a team of approximately 10 professionals (devs, QA, and DevOps), ensuring engagement and high performance.
• Encourage agile practices with a focus on metrics, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• SUPPORT the team in technical decision-making, ensuring good software development practices.
• Coordinate authentication initiatives in high-volume products, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
• Work in partnership with other areas to align priorities and direct strategic deliveries.
