Software Development Consultant, Dynamics 365

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Software Development Consultant to join our Client's team. As a Software Development Consultant, you will be responsible for translating design requirements into high-quality software solutions. You will ensure that software and subroutines align with specifications, adhere to programming standards, and are delivered with exceptional quality within defined schedules. Your expertise in software development and commitment to excellence will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our Client's business. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Dynamics 365, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow), and other related tools. In this role, you will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to develop software solutions that drive business value. Key responsibilities include: • Developing high-quality software solutions that meet design requirements and specifications. • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and developing software solutions that meet those needs. • Ensuring software and subroutines align with specifications, adhere to programming standards, and are delivered within defined schedules. • Providing technical guidance and support to internal teams and external partners. • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and related technologies. • Participating in code reviews and ensuring that software solutions meet coding standards. • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for software solutions. • Troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably with Dynamics 365. • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies. • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow), and other related tools. • Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions that drive business value. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
