A leading local truck company in Mildura is now seeking for a full time Software Developer / Web Developer / Other Information & Organization Professionals to join our growing team.

About the role

Duties/Responsibilities: For Software Developer

Conduct research, consultation, and analysis to determine system and program requirements

Analyze specifications, technical designs, and flowcharts

Construct, maintain, and enhance software application code

Derive technical specifications from business functional models

Oversee testing activities and implement automation for software and application deployments

Develop and maintain program code that complies with system requirements and technical specifications

Prepare, update, and preserve technical documentation, user materials, and operational procedures

Provide expert guidance on software design strategies, including financial evaluation and recommendations for upgrades or procurement

Design and develop tools to support software management, operations, and security

Duties/Responsibilities: For Web Developer

Design, build, and maintain websites using appropriate programming languages, applications, and databases

Analyze, design and develop internet sites by combining creative and artistic elements with software programming and scripting languages, ensuring compatibility with operating environments.

Design and develop digital animations, imagery, presentations, audio and video content, and internet applications using multimedia software, interactive tools, and programming languages.

Collaborate with network specialists to manage web security, hosting, user access, backups, and disaster recovery.

Integrate code with multimedia assets to build and support websites.

Assist in developing internet strategies, web methodologies, and development plans

Duties/Responsibilities: For Other Information & Organization Professionals

Analyze, organize, and manage information and data

Provide guidance on policy, business processes, and organizational practices

Develop, implement, and monitor information management systems, procedures, and workflows.

Support strategic planning and project management through data-driven insights.

Identify and resolve information-related issues or bottlenecks.

Produce reports, dashboards, and metrics to evaluate business performance and operational efficiency.

Facilitate knowledge management, document control, and record-keeping processes

Implement continuous improvement initiatives for information and organizational management processes.

Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and organizational standards.

Benefits and perks

Great salary package ($75,000 to $115,000) will be rewarded to the right candidate.

Skills and experience

Ideal Candidate must be:

Previous experience in a similar role

Understanding of software development methodologies and web technologies

Proficiency in programming languages, database management,

Knowledge of business processes, policies, and organizational practices.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving and team management capabilities

Strategic thinking, strong communication and advisory skills

Sound time management and project prioritization

Attention to detail and quality focus
