Key responsibilities: • Lead a team of software developers to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products to our clients • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the payments industry • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders • Participate in the development of the company’s technical strategy and roadmap. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a team lead or similar role • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies • Experience with cloud-based technologies and microservices architecture • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with version control systems such as Git • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools • Experience with testing frameworks and tools • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies • Experience with cloud-based databases and data storage solutions • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks and regulations.
