Aufgaben

• Development and maintenance of solutions in new Outputmanagement based on Quadient Inspire
• Technical alignment with departments to define requirements and data structures
• Development and processing of JSON files for print and dispatch processes
• Support and maintenance of the central print service
• Analysis and troubleshooting of errors in Output- and print process
• Conducting tests and ensuring the quality of generated documents
• Documented technical solutions and processes

Qualifikation

• You bring a completed technical degree in computer science, business informatics (or comparable) or vocational training as an IT specialist
• You have initial experience in the field of Outputmanagement or document production and fundamental knowledge in Quadient Inspire or comparable CCM-/OMS systems
• Experience with JSON, XML, and data processing as well as in print- and dispatch processes would be advantageous
• You demonstrate a structured and independent working style.
• Communication skills in exchange with departments and team skills as well as analytical thinking round out your profile
