Your focus is on the further development of our Rich Client: You implement new functions technically, further develop existing features in C# and WinForms, optimize processes in the code, and drive the further development of our interface architecture.

You work on concrete, already defined requirements and implement them cleanly, structured and sustainably. Through your work, processes become more robust, integrations more powerful, and our software can be used even more efficiently in our customers' everyday lives.

We are currently modernizing our web architecture and are gradually transferring individual software components to Blazor. In the long term, we will also support the further development of the Rich Client towards Blazor. You support us in the development of new Blazor components – especially with regard to the further development of the Rich Client – and actively participate in the technological change of our platform.

Tasks

As a Software Developer (m/f/d) at PACS, you will work on the further development of our PACS software for project controlling & project ERP – an established solution that is used daily by thousands of users worldwide.

You contribute new ideas, develop innovative features, and help us shape the technical change from C# to Blazor – including exciting topics related to REST APIs and AI.

Your tasks in detail:

• Development of new functions and features for our standard software
• Maintenance and further development of the existing codebase (C#, WinForms, MS SQL)
• Implementation, support and maintenance of interfaces – especially REST-based APIs
• Implementation of customer-specific extensions and adaptations
• Active participation in the modernization of our existing software architecture – especially in the further development of our client technology towards Blazor
• Participation in AI projects – e.g. automations or intelligent analyses to optimize processes

Qualification

• You have good knowledge of C#, WinForms and Blazor
• You have experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases
• You are familiar with REST APIs and interface development
• You value clean, well-structured code and high code quality
• You work analytically, structured and with your own initiative
• You have a completed degree in (business) computer science, mathematics or a comparable education
• You have good German language skills and English language skills are an advantage
• You are open to new technologies and are interested in actively contributing and further developing topics such as AI
• You enjoy working in a team, sharing your knowledge and contributing your own ideas
