Requirements: min. 3 years of experience as a low-code developer on platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, Appian highly developed analytical skills basic programming skills in JavaScript knowledge of UX/UI, experience in designing fronts familiarity with HTML and CSS practical knowledge of UML/BPMN notation, knowledge of relational databases SQL, knowledge of REST technology Hybrid work - Kraków/Gdańsk/Warsaw Implementation of the bank's strategy in the area of process optimization for customer service, including: analysis of business processes, design of new processes, implementation of IT solutions, testing and quality assurance, training and support for employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing low-code applications using OutSystems, Mendix or Appian, as well as knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and HTML/CSS. Additionally, the ability to work in a team, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies are essential.
