Software Developer HMI & MMI for High Power Products (m/w/x)

Project Description:

We are looking for a software developer HMI & MMI for high power products (m/w/x) to support our team at K-tronik. If this sounds interesting, we look forward to your application!

Tasks:

• Taking over the responsibility and maintenance of MMIs (SNMP & SCPI) from product lines TV- /Radio sender & Broadband amplifier
• Creating and conducting software tests (Unit-, Component- & Systemtests) including error analysis and correction to ensure a high-quality standard
• Working with Legacy Code, analyzing it, and giving it new life through refactorings and optimizations
• Collaborating with developers, DevOps, testers, and architects to standardize and reuse our software, using modern AI tools
• State-of-the-art is important to us - share your knowledge about new trends, technologies, methods, and tools with our team and integrate them into our daily work

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable field of study
• Fundamental knowledge of modern, object-oriented C++ (at least C++ 17) in a Linux environment using Git as version control
• Proficient in the use of C++ unit-test frameworks and debugging tools
• Experience with tools like Jenkins/Gitlab CI, Docker, and Robot-Framework is a plus
• Experience in applying and developing machine-machine interfaces, ideally already experienced with SNMP & SCPI
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style combined with high team fit and open communication
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
