Software Developer HMI & MMI for High Power Products (m/w/x)

Project Description:

We are looking for a software developer HMI & MMI for high power products (m/w/x) to support our team at K-tronik. If this sounds interesting, we look forward to your application!

Tasks:

• Taking over responsibility, further development, and maintenance of UIs (local & webUI) from product lines TV-/radio sender & broadband amplifier
• Collaboration on the further development of our UI framework (NodeJS, Angular, Typescript)
• Creation and implementation of software tests (unit-, component- & system tests) including error analysis and correction to ensure a high-quality standard
• Working with legacy code encourages you to analyze and breathe new life into the code through refactorings and optimizations
• Together with developers, DevOps, testers, and architects, you drive the standardization and reuse of our software forward and set modern AI tools in motion
• State-of-the-art is important to us – share your knowledge about new trends, technologies, methods, and tools with our team and integrate them into our daily work

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field of study
• Fundamental knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Typescript, Angular, HTML, CSS) in a Linux environment using Git as version control
• Experience in maintaining a Java UI
• Skillful use of test frameworks and debugging tools
• Touchpoints with tools like Jenkins/Gitlab CI, Docker, and Robot-Framework are a plus
• Experience in developing modern human-machine interfaces, ideally already experience with Angular
• Independent, goal-oriented work style combined with high team fit and open communication
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
