Job Description
· Collaborate with PO, architect and other stakeholders across projects to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized
· Plan, monitor and report progress on tasks & projects
· Provide guidance and support the team in overcoming blockages and coordinate architectural discussions, technical design decisions
· Coordinate across teams with other managers to assign resources and balance workload in the project(s) making sure that technical milestones are met
· Plan and moderate project meetings (story introductions, scrum ceremonies, etc.) while facilitating effective communication by taking meeting notes across several projects
· Maintain and improve the software development process while following best practices
· Team alignment
· Foresee and raise awareness on potential problems and risks
