Your Tasks

• You will install and configure the modular security management platform prime SecurityManagement, which integrates and centrally controls various security systems in the areas of video surveillance (Milestone, AXIS, i-Pro), intrusion and fire alarm systems (Telenot, Honeywell), escape route technology (Assa Abloy), and the in-house access control system prime WebAccess.

• You will create interfaces for data import and data export and ensure a smooth go-live for our customers.

• You will conduct training sessions and empower our customers to use the functions relevant to them.

• During regular software maintenance, you will perform necessary tests and updates.

• If malfunctions occur, you will analyze the problem and find a solution.

• You will create functional and detailed specifications.

• If tasks cannot be resolved via remote maintenance or video call, you will visit customers in the Southern Germany region in person.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed technical degree, e.g., Computer Science, or vocational training, e.g., IT Specialist (m/f/d) for System Integration or Application Development, Electronics Technician (m/f/d) specializing in Information and Telecommunication Technology. Further training as a State-Certified Technician (m/w/d) or similar is an advantage

• Relevant professional experience in the installation of security technology (CCTV, Intrusion Detection Systems, or Fire Alarm Systems)

• Good knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Client operating systems

• Understanding of network structure, load, and potential errors

• Knowledge in scripting and databases (MS SQL)

• Independent work style, communication, and teamwork skills

• Driver's license class B or 3, and willingness to travel within the Southern Germany region
