Software Business Analyst

Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements
High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline
Understanding of: business process modeling (BPMN is a plus), requirement structuring (functional and non-functional), traceability principles
Basic understanding of system architecture and software delivery lifecycle

We are looking for a Software Business Analyst within the Vision Customer Experience Team, responsible for ensuring clarity, structure, and traceability of business requirements across the entire delivery lifecycle.
The role also involves evaluating and validating system capabilities and acting as a key intermediary between business stakeholders and software development teams.
The Software Business Analyst plays a critical role in translating business needs into structured artifacts aligned with Vision solutions, enabling scalable and high-quality delivery.
Participate in structured client discovery and analysis sessions
Capture, clarify, and structure business requirements across stakeholders
Analyze and document business processes (current state vs. future state) and identify improvement opportunities
Define and structure business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
Document user journeys, use cases, and acceptance criteria
Ensure consistency and traceability between business needs, requirements, and testing scenarios
Contribute to key project documentation (e.g., requirements specifications and solution documentation)
Collaborate closely with delivery, technical, and QA teams to ensure alignment between business needs and implementation
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing scenarios and validating outcomes with stakeholders
Provide guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to end users as needed
