Software Architect (m/w/d)

The QualityMinds GmbH is a mid-sized, agile company with a focus on quality assurance and software testing, where continuous learning, self-organization, and personal responsibility are lived. We are expanding our agile and cross-functional team and are therefore looking for you as Software Architect (m/w/d).

Tasks

• You analyze and evaluate existing systems and architectures (Architecture Reviews).
• You design software architectures that meet customer needs and align them with our customers, both remotely and directly on site.
• You create high-performance software according to customer-specific requirements and architectures and make architectural decisions collaboratively with the project team.
• You are the point of contact for the development team and customers and accompany projects personally.
• You support software development.
• You implement specific applications and deployments according to agile principles.
• You are responsible for direct exchange and knowledge transfer as well as development of our TechStack within the company.
• You coach your colleagues actively with (methodological) knowledge, experiences, and insights.

Qualification

• You bring a professional education or academic degree with an interdisciplinary background welcome.
• You have several years of experience in software development and first-hand experience as a Software Architect.
• Your strength is a comprehensive, solution-oriented, and abstract thinking.
• You have experiences with current technologies or frontend/backend frameworks (e.g. Java EE, Spring, Angular, REST).
• You have knowledge of Java EE, Java frameworks (e.g. Spring).
  You have know-how in the field of CI/CD.
• You feel comfortable in an agile and cross-functional team.
• You are characterized by communication strength and a high degree of flexibility.
• You enjoy discovering new things, getting to know different people, and bringing your expertise where it is needed.
• You have very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
