As a Software Architect at Assecor, you will be responsible for the technical implementation as part of our customer projects, support teams in implementing and shaping scalable and sustainable architectures. You will combine your technical expertise with a pragmatic approach to modern methods and efficient solutions.

Tasks

• You design complex software solutions and system landscapes and continuously develop them further
• You analyze existing systems and develop future-proof enterprise architectures with regard to quality, scalability, and maintainability
• You work closely with development teams, moderate technical decisions, and promote knowledge exchange in the team as a mentor
• You advise internal and external stakeholders on architectural issues, supports technology selection, and translates professional requirements into clear technical goals
• You moderate architecture reviews and take on a mentoring role for developers
• You create understandable documentation and model architectures using common standards

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in various areas of modern software development
• Safe handling of conception, planning, and modeling of software systems
• Fundamental understanding of modern architectural approaches such as Microservices, DDD, and Clean/Hexagonal Architecture
• Fundamental knowledge of API design, messaging concepts, and common message brokers
• First professional experience as a Software Architect
• Excellent communication skills
• High quality standards and self-responsible, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong team skills and enjoyment in mentoring
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level)
• You understand software conception with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and automation
• You have a fundamental understanding of the integration of services, cloud platforms, and other technical building blocks into the overall architecture
• You have a fundamental understanding of IT security, e.g. ISO 27001, OWASP, IAM, OAuth2
• Certification as CPSA F (Certified Professional for Software Architecture) according to iSAQB
