Software Architect @ Motorola Solutions Systems Polska

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (Architect, Senior Software Engineer with strong design experience). Capability to challenge and drive strategic architecture decisions. Experience with on-prem based and cloud deployed products. Deep understanding of system design, scalable architectures, and software development patterns. Experience creating technical design documents and architectural blueprints. Ability to work closely with development teams to ensure successful product development. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements. Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
