Software and Robotics Engineer Tech Lead

Level: Senior / Lead Work mode: 100% remote Start: immediately Rate: 100–145 PLN/h for the candidate We are looking for experienced Software & Robotics Engineers and Tech Leads to create the software layer and business logic for new warehouse robotic installations. The team is responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of software supporting the operation and programming of robotic arms, using technologies such as Python, ROS, and Docker. The scope includes both programming work and robotics-related issues – engineers independently lead projects and participate in the development of complex robotic systems. Requirements: Min. 5 years of software development experience Knowledge of key robotics concepts related to the programming of robotic arms Practical experience in programming industrial robotic arms (ABB preferred) Skills and experience in technical leadership (each engineer should be able to independently lead a whole project) Very good problem-solving skills and proficiency in Python Fluent communication in English Additionally for Tech Lead: Experience in designing complex, multi-level software systems (not all projects require this, but the team should have at least one person with such experience, supporting the rest of the team) Responsibilities: Design, development, testing, and deployment of software for new warehouse robotic installations. Creation of the software layer and business logic supporting the operation of robotic systems. Programming and integration of industrial robotic arms. Solving complex technical problems and optimizing existing solutions. Independent project leadership and end-to-end task execution. Collaboration in the development of complex robotic systems using Python, ROS, and Docker. For the Tech Lead – technical leadership of work, making design decisions, and supporting other team members. Co-creation and development of multi-level software systems.
