Soffiaggio Department Responsible

Orienta S.p.A. Benefit Company, subsidiary of Treviso, selects for a chemical industry client company in Padua (PD) a Soffiaggi Department Responsible. The company was founded in 2001 and today is the most important Italian company operating in the production of professional detergents and cosmetics. Main duties - Planning and organization of department activities (60%) - Management and motivation of operators' team (40%) - Analysis of production data and use of Excel for reporting - Collaboration in evaluating/purchasing new machinery - Guaranteeing quality and safety standards Requisites - Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - Experience in coordination roles in a productive environment (including different sectors) - Excellent analytical and organizational skills - Leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement attitude

A fixed-term initial purpose of assumption is proposed. The salary will be commensurate with the possessed competencies up to a maximum of 35,000€ + production bonus. Working hours are daily from Monday to Friday.
