OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT – Social Worker

Place of work : Baie-Comeau, Côte-Nord, Québec
Duration of the mandate : From now until December 31, 2025
Full-time position

SFT Services is looking for a social worker to fill a temporary but extended position within the health network on the beautiful Côte-Nord.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele in an interdisciplinary and stimulating environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Evaluate the psychosocial situation of users and their family.
• Intervene with clients in difficulty (mental health, addiction, youth, elderly people, etc.).
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Ensure accompaniment and support to users throughout their care journey.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in social work or service social.
• Member in good standing of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ).
• Recent and relevant experience in the Sector
• OCCI training
• Excellent listening, adaptation, and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work full-time for the entire duration of the mandate.
