Social Worker

Connect2Kent recruit exclusively for Kent County Council. We recruit for a range of Social Work position's both Locum and Permanent. Kent County Council are Ofsted rated as 'Outstanding'. We are currently recruiting for Social Workers to join the Children's Social Work Team. Previous experience is required working in Children's Social Work Team. KCC has various positions available across Kent. Main duties and responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of children, young people and families, providing social work services to meet their needs. This will include assessing, planning, intervening and evaluating the impact of social work interventions. Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, young people and families, and other professionals. Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all work and maintain confidentiality at all times. Participate in supervision and training as required. Contribute to the development of the Children's Social Work Team and the wider Kent County Council Social Work Service.
