Aufgaben

• Implementation and processing of various marketing and assistance tasks in daily business – you ensure that things are reliably taken care of
• Supporting the team in organizational and operational tasks around marketing, projects, and internal workflows
• Creating and adapting simple marketing materials according to clear guidelines (e.g. Canva)
• Structured processing of to-do lists and recurring tasks in the backend
• Creating recruiting & leadgen campaigns on Meta
• Supporting in preparing projects and campaigns
• General assistance tasks in marketing and office routine
• Occasional internal coordination or phone calls for coordinating tasks

Qualifikation

• You have already worked in a social-recruiting agency and have gained some experience.
• You have first-hand experience with marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Onepage)
• You work cleanly, reliably, and structured – you forget no details and deliver punctually
• You have experience in creating creatives (e.g. on Canva) and setting up recruiting campaigns on Meta
• You think logically and can break down tasks step by step, without constantly asking questions
• You are curious and have a desire to quickly learn new tools and workflows
• You have a high level of self-responsibility and ownership mentality – you see tasks and implement them
• We don't value specific educational paths – what's important to us is that you can implement, are structured, and deliver results
