We are looking for a creative and structured person with a sense of modern communication, digital trends, and recruiting.

Your Tasks

Social Media & Employer Branding (Focus)

· Management and further development of our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, website etc.)

· Planning, creation, and publication of content around recruiting and employer brand

· Monitoring current trends in the field of social media & employer branding

· Developing creative ideas and measures for employee acquisition

· Support in developing our external appearance as an employer

· Maintenance and co-creation of the career page

· Support in designing and maintaining the company website

· Creation and adaptation of simple graphic and visual content

Recruiting Support

· Support for locations in operational recruiting

· Creation and publication of job postings

· Candidate management through our HR tool Factorial

· Conducting initial screenings and pre-selecting suitable candidates by phone

· Coordination of interviews with the respective locations

· Communication with applicants during the application process

· Maintenance of existing recruiting templates, processes, and reports

The main discussions and final selection decisions will be made primarily by the respective locations or departments.

You Bring

· First experience in recruiting, HR, or employer branding (advantageous)

· Interest in social media, digital trends, and modern communication

· Creativity and sense for appealing content and external impact

· Ideally experience in the field of website maintenance, content creation, or social media management

· Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style

· Organizational skills and communication strength

· Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for actively shaping things
