And we are now looking for a Social Producer to make our social content sharper, faster, and better every day!

Tasks

About the role
As a Social Producer, you are the engine behind our social content production. You arrange everything around shoots: budget, planning, crew, locations, materials, and coordination on the shooting day itself. You work closely with creative, social media managers, and editors, and ensure that every piece of content, from a quick TikTok to a recurring video series, is delivered on time, in the right quality, and in the right format. You maintain an overview, think ahead, and solve problems before they become problems.

What you will do

• Prepare production schedules and budgets for shoots, in consultation with account, creative, and social teams
• Organize and supervise shoots: from pre-production (planning, locations, materials, permits) to the shooting day and post-production
• Prepare call sheets, shooting schedules, and shot lists
• Arrange and manage internal and external crew: directors, DOPs, editors, stylists, and photographers
• Coordinate and guide collaborations with creators and influencers
• Ensure that productions stay within budget and promptly signal and escalate (impending) overruns
• Ensure neat financial settlement of shoots: collect and check receipts and invoices from external suppliers, and process/submit them correctly to administration
• Ensure that content meets the correct platform specifications (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) for optimal delivery
• Actively be present on set: arrange logistics, guide talent, and ensure the shooting schedule is followed
• Promptly identify and resolve issues during production, with a focus on quality and turnaround time
  Maintain and optimize production processes, asset management, and workflow
  templates

Requirements

What you bring

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience as a Producer, Social Producer, or similar
• Experience with producing social-first content and video
• Experience with preparing and monitoring production budgets
• Strong planning and organizational skills; you switch effortlessly between multiple shoots and projects simultaneously
• Accurate and structured in the financial/administrative settlement of shoots (receipts, invoices, supplier costs)
• Knowledge of platform-specific requirements for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Solution-oriented and results-oriented, with an eye for detail and quality
• Remain calm and keep an overview under pressure, even if a shooting day goes differently than planned
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English
• Team player who effortlessly manages crew, talent, and suppliers
