Your area of responsibility?

You will independently manage the social media accounts of Mainwebsolutions and Closery, from concept to implementation to analysis. You will independently develop content ideas and formats, plan your posts yourself, and ensure that both accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more grow visibly. You will be in front of the camera yourself: you will shoot Reels, talk about AI, digital, and e-commerce topics in short videos, and give our brands a face. Together with the managing directors of both brands, you will build a small podcast format, accompany the recordings, edit the episodes, and repurpose them as clips for social media. You will observe trends, test new formats, and derive from the numbers what works and what doesn't. You don't need any guidelines for this; you bring the ideas and implement them.

What you bring with you:

• Eagerness for your own accounts: You don't just want to assist; you want to lead social media channels independently and make them grow visibly.

• No camera shyness: You enjoy being in front of the camera yourself, shooting Reels, speaking freely in videos, and are keen to participate in a podcast format with our managing directors.

• Passion for AI and digital topics: Artificial intelligence, automation, e-commerce, and online marketing genuinely interest you, and you can explain these topics in an understandable and entertaining way.

• Independence and initiative: You generate your own ideas, plan your content yourself, and don't need instructions to get started.

• Confident use of social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more are familiar to you, and you understand what kind of content works there.

• Basic knowledge of video editing: You don't have to be a video professional, but you can edit a Reel or a podcast episode with tools like CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable software, or you are eager to quickly learn.

• Sense of trends and team spirit: You recognize trends early, are open to feedback, and enjoy building something in a dynamic team.
