As Social Media and Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you'll give our law firm an outward profile. You'll ensure that it becomes clear what we're all about. It's not just about nice posts, but about clean marketing with a plan, ideas, and impact. Specifically, you can look forward to:

• You manage our social media channels strategically and operationally and continuously develop them.
• You plan, create, and publish content for different formats and platforms.
• You conceptualize and steer marketing campaigns, for example through Meta.
• You work on website contents, landing pages, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• You analyze reach, interactions, leads, and other relevant KPIs and lead to concrete optimizations.
• You develop reports and keep the performance of our measures in mind, so that marketing doesn't just look good but also delivers results.
• You bring your own ideas, test new formats, and are open to AI tools and new technologies

Qualifikation

We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage marketing but actively shapes it. Someone with a sense of content, an eye for quality, and enthusiasm for an environment where not everything is predetermined to the last detail. You should bring:

• You already have professional experience in the field of social media, marketing, and campaign management.
• You know how to implement measures that aren't just implemented but also planned, steered, and evaluated.
• You have experience with campaigns, KPIs, and performance evaluations.
• You bring a good sense of content, target groups, and communication.
• You work structured, independently, and with a clear quality standard.
• You're open to new tools, digital processes, and the sensible use of AI.
• A degree in marketing, corporate communication, economics or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
