Aufgaben

Your role – more than just Social Media

As Social Media & TikTok Brand Manager*in, you are the creative voice of our brand on social media – with a clear focus on TikTok.
You develop content that not only brings reach but emotions, trust and community.

You work closely with Marketing, Store & Community together and make fafe digital experienceable.

Your tasks

TikTok & Content Creation (Focus)

• Development and implementation of a TikTok strategy tailored to the brand fafe
• Self-contained Content Creation (Reels/TikToks): Trends, Storytelling, Behind-the-Scenes, Community-Content
• Identification and rapid implementation of relevant TikTok trends
• Presence before or behind the camera – depending on content format

Social Media Management

• Care of our social media channels (mainly TikTok, Instagram)
• Planning, posting & analyzing content
• Community management: comments, DMs, closeness to the community

Community & Brand

• Understanding what our community is moved by – and translation into content
• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING A ACTIVE, LOYAL COMMUNITY
• Tight collaboration with influencers, creators & the team

Analyse & Further Development

• Evaluation of performance & insights
• Ongoing optimization of formats, hooks & storytelling

Qualification

What you bring

• Experience in the Social Media field, ideally with a strong TikTok focus
• A very good sense for trends, aesthetics & storytelling
• Pleasure in creating content and trying out new things
• Eigeninitiative, creativity & hands-on mentality
• Affinity to fashion, jewelry, lifestyle or community brands
• Very good German knowledge, English is an advantage
