Are you the person who can scale our 350,000 followers to 1 million?

This is not a classical content creator role. You will be the strategist of our social media growth. Together with your team and agencies, you will steer our channels strategically and data-driven.

And the best part: you don't start from scratch, but with an existing community of 350,000 people that you can now further build upon.

Aufgaben

• Social Media Strategy: You build TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram strategically, test new formats, and optimize for performance.
• Growth & Analytics: You analyze content like other memes. You recognize patterns, steer views & followers consciously, and scale what repeats.
• Creator Relations: You scout creators & barbers with a genuine fit and guide our content agency.
• Community Management: You understand men's humor. Your replies are quick and turn scroll-ers into real fans.

Qualifikation

• Degree or training in the field of marketing, communication, economics, etc.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in social media growth with clear results.
• Content DNA: You know which formats perform, how algorithms work, and what trends are relevant.
• Ownership & Speed: You work independently, structured, and drive projects forward without micro-management.
• Growth Mindset: You want to test, optimize, and scale together.

In 6 months:

• You are responsible for social media strategically & KPI-based.
• You have established new formats.
• You increase follower growth & engagement measurably.
• You use data to steer content & growth consciously.

In 12 months:

• You have developed our channels from 350,000 to 500,000+ followers.
• You stand for planned social growth: clear KPIs, weekly analyses, and performance-based decisions.
• You have built a creator pool that continuously delivers strong content.
• You have developed channel-specific strategies and implemented them.
