Our client is one of the leading Männer-Wellbeing-Brands in Germany and has built an exceptionally strong social media base over the past few years. With several hundred thousand followers, millions of views, and a very active community, Social Media is already today a central growth driver for the brand.

As Social Media Strategist, you will work directly with the Head of Brand and ensure a unified strategy and content across all platforms.

Tasks

• Taking over full responsibility for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including strategic further development.
• BUILDING A SCALABLE SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY WITH CLEAR KPIs AND MEASURABLE IMPACT.
• Analyzing reach, engagement, and performance, as well as deriving clear optimization measures.
• Developing new content formats, briefing, and coordinating with creators.
• Structuring and steering creator sourcing, briefings, and collaboration with external partners.

Qualification

• Demonstrable experience in building and scaling social media channels (min. 5-6 figures).
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, as well as organic growth mechanisms.
• Experience with analytics, reporting, and data-based content and channel management.
• Experience working with content creators.
• Structured, independent work style with strong ownership mindset and high communication strength.
