Mighty Ape is looking for a Social Media Specialist to own the end-to-end execution of our social content strategy - planning, producing, publishing, and reporting on content that brings the Mighty Ape brand to life. Reporting to the Creative Lead, you'll champion our entire range - gaming, books, movies, toys, tech, home and living, and everything in between - creating social-first content that drives engagement, brand affinity, and conversion. If you live on the platforms, spot trends before they peak, and aren't afraid to jump in front of the camera, we want to hear from you. Full-time, permanent role.
Requirements

Essential

Hands-on experience managing social media channels for a brand - content planning, creation, publishing, and community management.
Strong content creation skills across graphics, short-form video, and copy, with confidence appearing on camera.
Deep knowledge of platform trends, formats, and algorithms across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Strong attention to detail, with an understanding of advertising compliance (Fair Trading Act, ASA Advertising Standards Code).
Excellent organisation and communication skills - able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.

Nice to have

Experience running influencer or partnership programmes, video editing skills, and a genuine love of gaming, pop culture, and the stuff we sell.
