Social Media Specialist + Graphic Designer

🔹 ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist + Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience, to join us on a PFA collaboration basis, to manage the social media accounts of our clients in the construction sector (builders) and other fields.

You will work directly with the agency team and with clients, having autonomy, responsibility, and real impact on the communication strategy.

🔹 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning and developing social media strategies for each client
• Creating editorial calendars (monthly planning)
• Creating banners, flyers, and other promotional materials
• Content creation:
• • text for posts
  • visuals (Canva / Adobe / other tools)
  • photo & video editing (CapCut, etc.)
• Publishing and scheduling content on platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Monitoring performance (reach, engagement, growth)
• Creating monthly performance reports
• Direct communication with clients (feedback, clarifications, strategies)
• Collaboration with the internal team (design, ads, strategy)

🔹 REQUIREMENTS

• Real experience in social media (agency or freelance), min 1-2 years (ESSENTIAL)
• Experience in creating branding and marketing materials (banners, business cards, flyers etc.)
• Ability to create and edit graphic materials in Adobe Illustrator
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Good knowledge of content planning & storytelling
• Experience in photo/video creation and editing (ESSENTIAL)
• Analytical and reporting skills
• Clear communication and good organization
• Knowledge of English (min. intermediate level)
• Autonomy and responsibility in delivering tasks

🔹 SCHEDULE & COLLABORATION

• Approximately 20 hours / week (minimum 4 days per week)
• Working hours: flexible, established by mutual agreement
• Long-term collaboration, not a one-off project
