Tasks

• Development, planning, and implementation of social-media strategies for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Creation and optimization of content formats like Reels, Posts, Stories, and Carousels.
• Analysis of social-media trends and implementation of new tools, particularly AI-based software.
• Community management and interaction with followers to strengthen brand presence.
• Creation of editorial plans and reporting for performance analysis.
• Project coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualification

• You are creative, digitally inclined, and love social media trends.
• First experiences with social media marketing and content creation (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, Figma, and AI-based applications (e.g. ChatGPT or Midjourney).
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Structured work style, self-initiative, and teamwork.
• Interest in strategic branding and brand development.
