Cumbre is an executive education company focused on leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, and agribusiness professionals.

We are looking for someone to handle the daily content production and operation for Cumbre and our Founder and CEO, Felipe Treitinger.

This is not just a position for organizing calendars and scheduling posts. We are looking for someone who follows Felipe's daily routine, identifies opportunities, proposes topics, records, edits, and publishes content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• 100% on-site in Alphaville – Barueri/SP
• PJ (Legal Entity) Hiring — MEI or Simples (Brazilian tax regimes)
• Close collaboration with the Founder and the marketing team
• Intense daily routine, clear goals, and frequent feedback
• Availability for recordings, events, and occasional travel

Transform Felipe's and Cumbre's daily routine, knowledge, and positioning into frequent, relevant, and well-executed content, strengthening the brand's authority in agribusiness.

• Follow Felipe's routine and identify content opportunities
• Propose topics and prepare scripts for recordings
• Record content, behind-the-scenes, meetings, visits, and events
• Produce Reels, stories, and clips from classes, interviews, podcasts, and lectures
• Edit short videos with captions, music, and good pacing
• Write captions, calls to action, and short texts
• Publish and organize content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Follow agribusiness, business, and economy news
• Identify topics on which Felipe and Cumbre can position themselves
• Maintain editorial calendar, topic bank, and organized files
• Monitor metrics and identify content with the highest potential
• Support Cumbre Club campaigns, launches, events, immersions, and actions

• Practical experience with social media content production
• Ability to record good videos using a smartphone
• Knowledge of short video editing
• Proficiency in CapCut or similar tool
• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Good writing skills for scripts, captions, and calls to action
• Proactivity to suggest topics and execute without detailed instructions
• Organization, agility, and good aesthetic sense
• Maturity to receive feedback and make adjustments
• Interest in agribusiness, strategy, management, and business
• Availability for 100% on-site work in Alphaville

• Experience producing content for executives or personal brands
• Knowledge or experience in agribusiness
• Experience with event coverage and real-time content
• Basic knowledge of photography, lighting, and audio capture
• Experience with podcasts and educational content
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or design tools
• Portfolio with Reels, clips, stories, or managed profiles
