DH Personal Branding Agency is a boutique agency for personal branding, corporate influencing, and PR. We accompany founders, CEOs, and entrepreneurs in becoming visible – on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.

We believe that strong companies need strong personalities. Therefore, we develop no classical social media channels, but personal brands with substance.

Aufgaben

• You will manage the personal brands of our clients on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok together with our team.
• You will develop creative content ideas and prepare them together with our strategists.
• You will write social media posts, develop hooks, storylines, and content formats.
• You will support community management and ensure that reach leads to genuine relationships.
• You will coordinate content productions, projects, and client communication.
• You will prepare content, schedule posts, and keep track of timings and editorial plans.
• You will research trends, platform updates, and new formats and bring your own ideas actively into the team.
• You will support our clients in building their visibility – from LinkedIn to Instagram, podcasts, speaking engagements, and PR opportunities.

Qualifikation

• You ideally have 1-2 years of experience in social media, personal branding, or content marketing.
• You are interested in founders, startups, female entrepreneurship, and personal brands.
• You enjoy writing and have a good sense for language, storytelling, and different tones.
• You work structured, reliably, and think independently with.
• You have fun exchanging directly with clients.
• You are curious, eager to learn, and want to continue developing yourself.
• You know tools like Canva, CapCut, Notion, and ideally first AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• You have very good German language skills (C1 or better) as well as good English language skills.
