Social Media Performance Marketer (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• You will work 1:1 with market leaders in DACH together. (Brands like BLACKROLL, Seeberger, ...)
• You have full responsibility for the paid social performance of your own customer accounts and actively steer reach, conversions, and ROAS.
• You get the best equipment available so you can master new challenges and have your own place in our office in Berlin Mitte.

YOUR OUTPUT:

• You are responsible for scripting, media buying, budget allocation, campaign setup, and continuous optimization of ad performance.
• You produce strong video ads together with the team and are always hands-on at content creation on-site.
• You continuously analyze campaign metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPM, CTR), lead optimizations from there, and scale successful campaigns.
• You track and report KPIs and are the performance responsible for the paid social budgets of your customer accounts.

Qualifikation

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

• You have proven experience in performance marketing and media buying on social media platforms (TikTok, Meta)
• You understand the mechanics of paid social and know how to scale and optimize campaigns.
• You are a pro at TikTok & Meta Ads and have a strong sense for which creatives perform.
• You have the ability to creatively solve problems and think performance-oriented.
• You are analytically strong and make data-based decisions based on KPIs.
• You work structured, self-responsible, and keep track of multiple campaigns and customers.
• You communicate clearly and persuasively and can present performance results.
• You speak fluent German in writing and speech.
