Social Media & Performance Manager (m/w/d)

We are a specialized marketing and performance agency for doctor's offices and clinics, particularly eye clinics and laser centers. Our focus lies on Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Lead Generation. Currently, we manage several fixed customers with an established team from design and video. To support the operational implementation, we are looking for a reliable reinforcement in marketing & performance.💫 In this position, you will support us in the ongoing implementation of social media and performance-marketing measures. You will work closely with our design- and video-team together and ensure that campaigns, content, and evaluations structured, clean, and timely are implemented.

Part-time: ca. 70 hours per month (≈ 15–16 hours/week)

Tasks

Social Media & Content

• Maintenance and organization of editorial plans
• Planning and publication of posts and reels
• Coordination with design and video for content deployment
• Ensuring that contents are correctly and timely online

Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)

• Implementation and management of Meta Ads campaigns
• Documented tests, variants, and results
• Monitoring central KPIs (e.g. leads, CPL, reach)
• Implementation and maintenance of Google Ads campaigns according to clear guidelines
  (Strategy and structure will be provided)

Organization & Reporting

• Structured processing and prioritization of tasks
• Creation of simple performance overviews and reports
• Recognition of anomalies and feedback to the team
• Support in developing internal workflows

Qualification

• Experience in online marketing, social media, or performance marketing
• Practical experience with Meta Ads
• Basic understanding of performance metrics
• Structured and reliable working style
