Hire Resolve's client is looking to fill the role of Social Media / Paid Advertising / Digital Marketing Specialist. In this exciting position, you will be responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts across social media platforms and managing paid advertising campaigns. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, leveraging the latest tools and techniques in digital marketing. Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our online presence, create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, and track and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools. This includes but is not limited to: Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube; Creating and curating high-quality content that drives engagement and conversions; Conducting competitor research and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns; Staying within budget and meeting campaign goals and objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, paid advertising, or digital marketing; Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube; Proficiency in creating and editing engaging content for various formats (e.g., videos, images, text); Experience with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite Insights, Sprout Social, or similar; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
