We are hiring: Social Media | Videomaker | Designer

Regime: On-site | Full Time

At Martins & Rezende Advogados, we are looking for a creative professional to join our Marketing team and strengthen the firm's digital presence through visual and audiovisual content production.

What you will do

• Plan, produce, and publish content for the firm's and CEO's social media;

• Develop graphic designs aligned with the brand's visual identity;

• Produce scripts in conjunction with the Copywriter for institutional, educational, and commercial videos;

• Conduct image capture and video recording;

• Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms;

• Create Reels, Shorts, and high-impact videos;

• Develop graphic materials for digital campaigns;

• Organize and execute the publication calendar;

• Monitor metrics and suggest improvements to increase reach, engagement, and digital positioning;

• Work in partnership with the Copywriter to transform technical ideas and content into attractive visual materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media professional;

• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar);

• Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar);

• Knowledge in photography and video capture;

• Creativity, organization, and excellent time management;

• Knowledge of social media trends;

• Experience in audiovisual content production;

• Basic knowledge of paid traffic and digital marketing will be considered a plus.
