Tasks
Your Tasks – Build with Us the Online Presence of Our Brand
Social Media Marketing & Influencer Marketing
🎯 Planning and implementation of Social Media concepts & strategies
📱 Support in daily maintenance of our social media channels (postings & community management)
🤝 Help with building and maintaining cooperations with brands and influencers through the integration on our social media accounts
Social Media Reporting & Analysis
📊 Analysis of campaign results and KPIs
📈 Creation of reports on the performance of Social Media activities
🔍 Conducting market and trend analyses and competitor observations to optimize our Social Media strategy
Qualification
About You
To be successful in this role, you need a passion for Social Media, Marketing, and the willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
📸 Social Native: TikTok, Instagram & Co. are your second home. You have no fear of standing in front of the camera yourself and embodying our brand authentically.
🔥 Creative Mind: You always come up with new ideas for reels or posts and have a good sense of what's trending. You're eager to implement these trends directly for us.
📈 Interest in Performance: You find it exciting to see how your posts perform, and you want to learn how to optimize campaigns based on numbers and KPIs.
🤝 : Your focus is on Social Media, but you're also willing to support us in general marketing tasks – whether it's at events, influencer research, or community management.
Your Profile – What You Bring
✅ First experience in the Social Media field, ideally in the FMCG or Food & Beverage sector with a focus on the food retail industry (practical experiences or first work student jobs) or through building your own social media presence.
✅ You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as Marketing, Media Management, Communication, or a comparable field.
✅ Content Creation Skills: You know how to edit an appealing video (e.g. with CapCut or InShot, Adobe etc.) and have an eye for aesthetics.
✅ Native German speaker: You are textually secure and hit the right tone for our captions and community responses.
✅ Creativity, a good sense of trends, and a proactive, hands-on mentality
✅ Initiative, willingness to learn, and eagerness to take responsibility
