As a work student:in Social Media, you support us as a creative head in finding trends on TikTok and Instagram and transforming them into cool content. You have fun bringing in your own ideas, editing Reels, and directly interacting with our community as the voice of our brand. Aufgaben

Your tasks:

• Creative Brain & Concept: You are our creative head in the team. Together, we develop content formats, series, and actions for TikTok, Instagram & Co.

• Trend-Recherche: You live Social Media and know better than anyone else what sound will trend tomorrow. You translate skincare trends into viral content and have a sense for what's next big.

• Competitor Edge & Insights: You have the market in sight. Through your analysis of competitors and trends, you deliver the decisive impulses to always stay one step ahead of our strategy.

• Kampagnen-Support: From the first brainstorming session to the final implementation – you're in the middle of our campaigns and ensure that our vision comes to life.

• Content Production: You have a keen eye for aesthetics. Independently, you produce stories and Reels that perfectly capture our tone and elevate our brand visually to the next level.

• Post-Production & Editing: You take over video editing (e.g., in CapCut) and give our content a professional finish through thorough post-processing.

• Community Management: You are the voice of our brand. You interact with our followers, moderate comments, and build a genuine bond with our community.
