Social Media Marketing Traineeship (m/d/f)

A structured 3-month program for newcomers who understand that a strong personal brand today is more important than a good CV.

You will build your own voice in the area of Recruiting and HR on LinkedIn under direct guidance from an experienced founder. Not as a ghostwriter for someone else. As yourself, with real audience, real content, and real impact.

What you will learn in 3 months

• How personal branding on LinkedIn works strategically
• How to develop content that is read, shared, and discussed
• How to generate business contacts and leads from content
• How a recruitment agency works from the inside and wins mandates

What the program includes

• Weekly 1:1 mentoring with me personally
• Access to professional tools for content, image, and video
• Access to my network of founderesses, HR decision-makers, and recruiters
• A small trainee salary and later the possibility of profit participation
• Commission on every completed customer deal that arises from your reach

Qualifikation

What I am looking for — and what not

I am not looking for perfect CVs.

I don't care if you have a high school diploma, studied, or come from the hospitality industry. Grades do not interest me. University degree also does not.

What I am looking for: a personality.

Someone who has a story and can tell it. Someone who feels comfortable in front of the camera, or is willing to learn. Someone who is authentic, not polished.

The best personal brands on LinkedIn are not perfect people. They are real people who honestly talk about their way.
